FOUNDER/DIRECTOR

In a world of constant input, advice, and hurry, Kiersten longs to see simplicity, peace, joy, and rest infused into homes. She brings 15 years of experience in homes, schools, and the community to her work. Kiersten holds a B.S. Ed. in Early Childhood Education, and is a Certified Infant and Pediatric Sleep Consultant and a DONA trained Postpartum Doula. Outside of work, Kiersten enjoys taking walks, watercolor painting, and horseback riding. She is working towards her goal of spending 1000 hours outside this year, and you may occasionally find her hanging upside down from monkey bars at a park in St. Louis, Missouri.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Amy’s loyalty, creativity, love of hospitality and people are a delightful addition to our team. Amy is a previous Kindergarten teacher, and holds a B.A. Ed. in Early Childhood Education. She loves taking walks, talking to friends and family, and de-cluttering home spaces. Amy lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and one year old daughter. She had the opportunity to be a part of a postpartum community group after the birth of her daughter, and having experienced this while living far from family, she is excited and hopeful about helping other young mothers connect with each other and CLA resources.
